The wildfires have affected countless people in our community. That includes both our customers and our employees, as well as our neighbors and partners. That’s why we’re working directly with emergency responders and ensuring that everyone is properly educated on fire response. We’ve been in this community for decades, and working together is the best way to move forward.
Emergency Response
Lexus has made emergency contributions to several first responders and disaster response organizations working to help those affected by the fires. The manufacturer has already contributed annual funds to organizations like the American Red Cross and SBP. We’re also matching contributions for donations by our U.S.-based employees to support these relief efforts and other non-profits working on wildfire mitigation.
Helping Our Keyes Lexus Customers
Many of our customers are affected, directly or indirectly, by the effects of these wildfires. To help our leasing and financing customers in their hour of need, we are opening up payment relief and adjustment options for drivers who finance or lease through us. This includes payment extensions and lease deferments. We can adjust your billing statements with new temporary addresses or arrange a different payment system if needed.
