Here’s what drivers need to know about which services they can get and when.
How Many Visits Are Covered?
We want you to have a good start with your Lexus vehicle, so your first and second maintenance visits are both covered. We usually recommend the first visit at six months or 5,000 miles, whichever comes first. The second visit should be scheduled at 12 months or 10,000 miles.
We’ll take care of some of the maintenance you need completely free, and then we’ll let you know more about how you can properly care for your vehicle. We want to make sure that new luxury car owners know the importance of routine maintenance.
What Kind of Maintenance Is Covered?
At your first appointment, we’ll check your tires and adjust their pressure if needed. We’ll also perform a tire rotation, which is where we take all four tires off your car and put them back on in different positions. This better distributes wear and extends their lifespan. We’ll also inspect your fluid levels and check the brake pads and other important parts of your braking system.
At your second appointment, we’ll repeat these services and take care of a few more maintenance items. Now’s a good time for an oil change and a replacement of your engine oil filter. We can also road test your vehicle to check for any issues.
