2023 Lexus RX Design
The 2023 Lexus RX has been completely reimagined, and it’s more stylish than ever, inside and out. Thanks to the new platform it’s built on, it has a sleeker profile and a more assertive stance. Its interior is inviting, with a driver-focused cabin that makes it easy to access everything you need.
The interior also promises to be more spacious than the outgoing model was. There’s still seating for five, but with more legroom for passengers in the rear. You’ll also have more cargo space. The Lexus RX L is out, due to be replaced by the three-row 2024 Lexus TX.
2023 Lexus RX Engine Options
Like its predecessors, the new Lexus RX offers a variety of engine options for the 2023 model year. These include:
- Lexus RX 350 with a 2.4-liter turbocharged inline-four engine that produces 275 horsepower and 317 lb-ft of torque
- Lexus RX 350h with a hybrid powertrain that produces 246 horsepower and 233 lb-ft of torque
- Lexus RX 450h, a plug-in hybrid
These variants of the 2023 Lexus RX all sound great, but the real standout might be the new 2023 Lexus RX 500h F Sport Performance model. This plug-in hybrid model is expected to have an output of 367 horsepower and 406 lb-ft of torque, an adaptive variable suspension, and an advanced DIRECT4® all-wheel drive system that can send up to 80 percent of its drive force to the rear wheels when needed.
